The Regional Partnership Workforce Development Board is one of many agencies "Helping People Help Themselves" through Regional Consolidated Services. Headquartered in Asheboro, NC, Regional Consolidated Services (RCS) is a private nonprofit human services agency.

RCS was originally established under the name Randolph Community Services, Inc. on April 4, 1979 by Janice S. Scarborough. The agency, then and now, is governed by an eight member board of directors.

RCS currently provides services to 10 different counties in central North Carolina.
