Access for All: A Resource Manual for Meeting the Needs of One-Stop Customers with Disabilities

Welcome to the 30 Second Trainings series, developed by Disability Program Navigators (DPNs) around the country.

The Purpose of the trainings is to provide both a quick introduction to helpful information for job-link staff to better serve individuals with disabilities in an entertaining way and also to give sources for more detailed information, to be accessed at a more convenient time.

Tips for Using the 30 Second Trainings

• If you find the music or sounds that are a part of the trainings to be a distraction, feel free to turn off your computer's speakers before opening each training.

• If you would prefer a simpler version of the trainings without animation or sound, contact your Disability Program Navigator, Mike Massey (please see above contact information), for a "plain" version.

• If you are unable to open the training due to not having PowerPoint installed on your computer, you can download the appropriate viewer through one of these websites:
